Mystery surrounds the death of a man who was found critically injured at a home in Melbourne’s southeast.
Homicide police were called to the house on Wickham Rd in Hampton East when the man was found unresponsive just before 4pm on Sunday.
The man, who is yet to be formally identified, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, but died a short time later.
The house has been cordoned off with police tape as detectives try to figure out exactly how he died.
